1.1.2 Disrespect of a Lawful Officer: calling an Inquisition operative a retard mid-detention. On 22 August at 21:19 UTC he pinged VIDE_TS77 in #gallery, with a screenshot, and wrote: hey retard I get you're detaining me but stop killing me for no reason. VIDE_TS77 (Discord 1539259617450917998, Roblox 11531838097) is one of the Inquisition's VIDE operative accounts, the same family of accounts that opens files and sets statuses in the house record. He says in the message itself that he knows he is being detained. Three minutes later the record shows VIDE_KK12 logging Evading INQ (left game) against him (P-2193). The insult was never charged. The words communicate disdain for a member of a law enforcement body while that member was performing a detention, which is what 1.1.2 describes. Exhibits 1.

4.1.5 Religious Discrimination: insulting Muslims and the Prophet, aimed at a Muslim member. On 16 August in the debate channel she told saddamjrichterian, a Muslim member who had just said his religion forbids child marriage, that "Muslims marry children or cousins" and asked him "Why do Muslim-adults in Sudan marry 10 year old children ?". When he pushed back she called him low IQ and close minded. An hour after the exchange ended she came back on her own and pinged him: "Tell me, why do Muslims love Prophet Muhammad", "The man who married a 6 year old", "Why? @saddamjrichterian". Three weeks later, on 7 September, she wrote "Prophet Muhammad you dirty dog!" in the same channel; meholao told her "Quit it" and "you disgust me with your comments". Six hours after that, when another member wrote that Muhammad is secretly Epstein, she answered "OG Epstein". This is not critique of a policy or a debate point. It is insulting an individual and a whole faith on the basis of religion, repeated over three weeks, and she was told to stop at the time. The article's plain words cover it: insulting individuals based on religion. Exhibits 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.

4.1.1 Harassment of R0bloksianRichterian (r0bloksian_richterian, 1077397782446481520). Between 9 and 11 September he went after R0bloksianRichterian every time the man spoke: furfag, fag, faggotpilled, cuckhold, porn addict, degenerate, plus a running claim that he plays condo games. The target asked him to stop (1547064242576953445 "please dont call me a fag", 1547440177083977808 "can you stop saying my name n#gga") and told him "you're not funny" (1547754863566266389). He came back the next evening with "stfu cuckhold" and the evening after that with "stfu fag". The fixation predates September: his only July message in the archive (1527510123508011119, "people like you who play condos") is a reply to the same man. Consistent insults against one individual, on the plain words of 4.1.1. Exhibits 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.

1.1.7 Interfering with a Police officer making an arrest. In the early hours of 2 September, in game, the Police officer vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv_vvvvvvvvvvvv (MarielleRichterian, Equite Leader, on the Police team) was arresting him. Her testimony in off-topic at 01:10: "You cuffed and said pull out the 'Loyalty Checks' when you clearly knew I was trying to arrest you." His reply sixteen seconds later: "I was doing a LC to test your loyalty disloyalist". That admits the act and argues only the motive. His own earlier account names her "Trying to arrest me after getting shot for doing a LC". Colonel ryanized had already asked him "why did you leave whilst being actively detained"; the officer added "Raiding as a Civilian Twice and Jail Evading two times too" and "We got 2 clips of you Evading Arrest", to which he said "Yeah but I was getting cuffed". Two officers' testimony plus his own admission meets 8.1.2. Cuffing the officer who is arresting you and walking out of detention is interfering with lawful officers performing their duties. The two clips the officers mention should be requested from them before trial. Exhibits 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.

4.1.5 Religious or Racial Discrimination. Over nine months the accused has aimed racial and religious slurs at named members in five public channels. On 28 December 2025 he told luisakrumbpocketz "Shut up nigga" in the events channel, and on 4 January 2026 pinged the same member by id with "you too nigga". On 5 April 2026, in officer-shouts, he answered bopop's offer of 1000 robux with a Jewish money stereotype: "Oy Vey! thats a lot of shekels! I'd listen to this guy If I were you." In September 2026, now a senior officer and a Senator-elect, he labelled charlottelots with "Goy behavior", called jovile "dirty little goy" for telling him the Inspectorate could order him out of the border box, and during the 13 September ceremony wrote "dms nayguh" to licentitive in the stage-ceremony channel. Each line is an insult put on an individual by way of race or religion, which is the plain text of 4.1.5. He has said in this server that he knows the word and chooses it: "And js say nigga. No one gaf" and "I can say it because I'm black twin". The Code carries no such exemption, and the goy and shekel lines have no cover of that kind at all. Exhibits 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.

4.1.1 Harassment of BellariaVohlstrum (isaelyria), debate channel, 16 Aug 2026. The debate started as a religious argument. Isaelyria claimed that Muslims marry children (her own words at 1538404365751165009). The defendant did not answer the claim; he moved the insult onto her family and kept it there for over an hour. He opened with "just bc ur dad married his daughter" (1538402070313439302), then said plainly what he was doing: she "needed a humbling through the same insult but towards your family and father" (1538404750217973850). He then asked why her father married her mother "when she was only 8" (1538405170432442508), told her she was "born to a father that married an 11 yr old girl" (1538405785221206100, repeated word for word at 1538406019250659469). She told him she was not falling for his ragebait and closed the debate with "NEXT". Thirty five minutes later he came back to repeat the same line and gloat that he had got her to insult a prophet (1538414726025969694), followed by "u see how easy it is to" / "to ragebait people" (1538414756245938306, 1538414768925315142). Twenty minutes after that he was still at it: "Isabellas daddy and his 11 yr old girlfriend", posted twice (1538420216394944583, 1538420475850661928). That is consistent insults against one individual, continued after she disengaged, with the defendant stating in the channel that provoking her was the point. Provocation from her side is real and is noted for the bench, but it does not make eight repetitions of a child-marriage slur about her father anything other than harassment. 4.1.5 Religious or Racial Discrimination: slurs by ethnicity, religion and orientation. On 21 August 2026, during a session where several members were baiting the Octavium bot in botcmds, the accused replied "dirty jew" to Dlxie_Richterian and, forty seconds later, "NIGGA" to JonathanDValmont. Dixie then relayed to the bot that "kantreiter called you a jew" (1540410275688218774). Earlier, on 17 April in the debate channel, he announced "lets trigger a dirty serb" at maximiliusllywelyn, whom he himself describes minutes later as a Serbian nationalist. On 28 June in officer-chat he explained a division's decline with "Just because william is a fag". Each line is an insult keyed to a man's ethnicity, religion or orientation, which is what the article forbids. He knows the line exists: in the same officer-chat he told a subordinate he had shown him "enough respect if I haven't called you slurs yet", treating slurs as a favour withheld. The 21 August room was laughing and both targets were themselves baiting the bot; that goes to sentence, not to whether the words were said. Exhibits 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

4.1.1 Harassment: insults as his standard reply, five targets in three months. He opens on people with insults and keeps going. On 20 July oneshotniko and classified_zero teased him with "madam"; an hour later each got a bare "Fuck you". On 9 August SaddamJRichterian pinged him by mistake; he answered "why the fuck are you pinging me", then "Fuck off Saddam." and "Nothing cuss that's the prick you are", and that same evening warned a recruit off the Legion because Saddam "will take all your day up and fuck up your life". The 31 August cluster at meholao and the 12 September cluster at appa6339 sit under Count 2 and show the same habit. Saddam's own tone was poor ("shut ur ass up with that tone", "Ok fatso."), which goes to weight, not to whether the accused's words were insults. If the bench reads "consistent" as repeated against one person, the Saddam cluster alone is four messages in one evening. Exhibits 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 3.

4.1.5 Racial and similar discrimination in the main server off-topic channel. On 2 January 2026 he posted a recipe for provoking a female member: spam the words faggot and nigga (1456477384969556129). On 10 January he followed it himself. He replied to a woman who said she was being harassed with "nigga nobody is harassing you" (1459688636608938106), spelled the slur out letter by letter (1459688874480505026), and then wrote "black people: contribute nothing, entitled to everything" (1459688999470760079). That last line is not an argument about a word; it is an insult aimed at a race. The same night he told the group that women are easily baited "mainly because they tend to have lower IQs" (1459687486233120841, 1459687520697843857) and told one member "you and your whole faggot group are disloyal" (1459690233460297739). Race sits squarely inside 4.1.5. Sex and the homophobic slur fall under the article's "or similar" limb; the bench may weigh those two limbs separately. All of it was public, in the Imperium's main server, and by his own admission done to provoke. Exhibits 1, 6, 7, 10, 4, 5.

4.1.5 Religious or Racial Discrimination. On 16 August 2026 in #debate the accused was arguing with saddamjrichterian (1520166956513103892), who said in the same thread "Yet you continue to call my prophet a pedophile." The accused's own words are the count. He opened with "hey its not my problem that your prophet married 9 yro girl", answered the member's objection with "i insult pedophiles", and then stated it twice more in plain terms: "i never insulted your religion, i insulted your prophet because he is pedophile" and "i said just that their prophet is pedophile for marrying minor girl". In the same run he wrote "i heard iran is also terrorist nation" followed by "and most of muslim nations", and celebrated that "in serbia there are 0 muslims" with "big W for it". That is insulting an individual on the ground of his religion, said to his face and repeated after he objected. The article does not ask whether the accused believes it is true. Mitigation the bench should weigh: the exchange sat in a debate channel, the member had earlier written "why did ur father marry ur mother when she was only 8" and "Same for ur father" at the accused, and other members were saying similar things. 4.1.5 Religious or Racial Discrimination. On 10 September at 10:45 vuzurr pinged the accused and called her Porsha. Nine minutes later she replied to him with the line that Porsha is a degen swatpiggy nigger. That is a racial slur aimed at a named individual, in the main general channel, and she did not walk it back: sixteen seconds later she added that it was said respectfully even though he is a retard, and three minutes after that she said the same person is a retard again. The article covers insulting an individual based on race. A racial slur used as an insult against a named person fits those words directly. Whether Porsha holds rank in the Imperium is not shown in the archive, but the article does not require it. Exhibits 7, 8, 9, 10.

4.1.5 Racial slur against saddamrichterian in officer-chat. On 25 July 2026 at 17:43 UTC, in officer-chat, in the middle of a burst of replies aimed at saddamrichterian (the burst opens with a reply to him at 1530631404361224283), the accused wrote "Weird ass sand monkey". "Sand monkey" is a slur for people of Arab or Middle Eastern origin. The man it was thrown at carries the name Saddam. He read it as racial on the spot: "we being racist now?" (1530632064217514114). Nothing in the exchange gives the phrase any other meaning; it was not a quote, a joke about a game, or a reply to a slur. Insulting an individual based on ethnicity is the plain wording of 4.1.5. 4.1.2 Disorderly Conduct. The purge ceremony of 13 September was a formal event of the Imperium, convened as a Graend Council emergency session in Mount Invictus with its own stage channel for those attending. He announced he was attending with freecam and an audio recorder running, then spent the ceremony ridiculing it in that channel. Before the first sentence he asked what the emergency larp was. As the guards marched the accused in he asked why they sounded like they were made of tungsten. When the condemned were shot he mocked them for screaming after being shot in the back of the head, called the next man a random bacon, said the scream was goofy, and asked what the prompt for the ai screaming was. Each message went into the event's channel while the executions were being carried out. Ridiculing the ceremony, its guards and its condemned in the event's own channel, in the middle of the event, is disrupting the peace and serenity of a formal event under the Octavium group on the plain words of 4.1.2. He did not raise a policy objection to the crucifixions or the selection of the condemned; that would be critique and is not charged. He treated the ceremony as a comedy and said so, repeatedly, where the attendees were gathered. Exhibits 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.

4.1.5 Religious or Racial Discrimination. He used the n-word as an insult against a named member on 9 September, and on 13 September asked why there were "all BLACK people in the game" before typing the slur three more times in reply to the bot. The article covers insulting individuals based on race; a racial slur fired at a person is that on its face. The target said in the open channel that he was calling the JMO over it. This is the second time the house has seen this from him; P-1921 on 21 August was for the same thing. Exhibits 1, 7, 8, 9, 10, 6.

1.1.9 Treason. During the Graend Council session of 13 September 2026 the accused said, in the voice channel and before the assembly, that the owner of the group would betray it within months. PlutoLlywelyn heard it and brings this case on it. Minutes later he wrote the same thought in the Stage channel: that it would happen again, in the next weeks, in a different game but on the same principle. Exhibits 1 to 4.
